Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Kalabux is developed by Jolly Good Apps. This policy explains what information Kalabux handles when you play, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.

The short version: Kalabux is a single-player game with no accounts. Your progress is saved on your own device. To help us improve the game, the app sends us anonymous records of how the game is played, and uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure how far players get. Kalabux shows ads, which is what keeps it free; in the UK and EEA you are asked first. We never sell your data.

1. What We Collect

Kalabux has no login, no player profile, and no online scoreboard. We do not ask you for any personal information — no name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Specifically:

2. How We Use It

We do not build advertising or user profiles ourselves, and we never sell your data. Google, as our advertising provider, does use the data described above to select and measure ads; that processing is governed by Google's own policies, linked in section 3.

3. Where Your Data Lives & Third Parties

4. Children

Kalabux requires no account and has no chat or social features. It is rated for ages 13 and over, is intended for a general audience, and is not directed specifically at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the analytics described above can involve an advertising identifier on Android, the app is intended for players aged 13 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

5. Deleting Your Data

Your game progress is stored on your device, so you are in full control of it:

The anonymous gameplay records we receive carry no identifier that links them to you or your device, so — while they contain nothing that identifies you in the first place — we have no way to single out and delete an individual player's records. We hold no personal data about you on our servers. To ask a question about any of this, or to make a request under data-protection law, contact us at the address in section 7.

Planned features. We may add optional in-app purchases and switch advertising on in a future version; neither is present today. If we introduce any feature that collects additional data, we will update this policy and the app's store data-safety disclosure before that feature goes live.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Kalabux after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
